New Lane Pitches
Directions: The New Lane site is just north of the village of Appleton Thorn, south of Warrington. The easiest way to describe it is from the centre of Appleton Thorn. Head along Lumb Brook Road from the Thorn Inn in Appleton Thorn and the car park entrance is about 400 yards along on the right.
Parking Resrictions: Parking is limited on the site. Please car share wherever possible to reduce the number of cars on site. You can park in the village, either at the pub or the village hall, and it is a short walk to the field. Please take care on the road and remember that children are under your responsibility when not on the pitch. Any parking on the main road may be subject to parking enforcement action. Do not park across any residents driveways. Your cooperation is appreciated with this.
Spectator Guidance:
- Respect ropes must be placed as marked by the yellow lines on the may below.
- All spectators, coaches & players for both teams must stand where the yellow lines are marked on the map relative to pitch A & pitch B. Only one linesperson is allowed on the opposite touchline to the respect ropes.
